Driving Directions
The Detroit office is located on the 14th floor of Cadillac Place (the former General Motors Building). Cadillac Place is located on the south side of West Grand Boulevard, one block west of Woodward Avenue. Note: the street address for Cadillac Place is 3044 West Grand Boulevard.
From the Northwest on I-96 (from Lansing or Grand Rapids area): Proceed on I-96 east then merge onto I-696 east at exit 163. Proceed on I-696 approximately 8.5 miles to M-10 (Lodge Freeway) south at exit 8. Follow M-10 approximately 15 miles to exit at West Grand Boulevard. Turn left (east) onto West Grand Boulevard, Cadillac Place is two blocks down at the corner of West Grand Boulevard and Second Avenue.
From the East on I-94: Follow I-94 west and merge onto to M-10 (Lodge Freeway) north at exit 215B. Proceed on M-10 approximately 0.25 miles to exit at Milwaukee Avenue. Follow the service drive one block past Milwaukee to West Grand Boulevard. Turn right (east) onto West Grand Boulevard, Cadillac Place is two blocks down at the corner of West Grand Boulevard and Second Avenue.
From the West on I-94: Follow I-94 eastbound and merge onto I-96 west at exit 214. Follow I-96 for 0.5 miles to exit 189 for West Grand Boulevard. Turn left (east) on West Grand Boulevard. Follow West Grand Boulevard approximately 2.5 miles to Cadillac Place which is on the right at the corner of West Grand Boulevard and Second Avenue.
From the West on I-96 (Jeffries Freeway): Follow I-96 eastbound to exit 189 for West Grand Boulevard. Turn left (east) on West Grand Boulevard. Follow West Grand Boulevard approximately 2.5 miles to Cadillac Place which is on the right at the corner of West Grand Boulevard and Second Avenue.
From the North on I-75: Follow I-75 south to exit 54 for Clay Avenue & East Grand Boulevard. Proceed on the service drive until it ends at East Grand Boulevard. Turn right (west) onto East Grand Boulevard. Cadillac Place is 0.75 miles down on the left at southwest corner of Woodward Avenue.
From the South on I-75: Follow I-75 north and merge onto I-96 west at exit 48. Proceed on I-96 approximately two miles to exit 189 for West Grand Boulevard. Turn right (east) on West Grand Boulevard. Follow West Grand Boulevard approximately 2.5 miles to Cadillac Place which is on the right at the corner of West Grand Boulevard and Second Avenue.
Parking: Public parking at daily and hourly rates is available at several locations within one block of Cadillac Place. Fisher Building public parking and the Victory parking lot are located at the corner of West Grand Boulevard and Third Avenue. New Center One public parking is located behind the St. Regis Hotel off of Lothrop. Additional parking is available off of Baltimore Avenue just west of Second Avenue.
